The Council Secretariat

The Council Secretariat was established to assist the administration of the Council. Led by the Council Chief Secretary, the Secretariat assumes the responsibility of preparing minutes for meetings, providing Council-related information to members and councilors, as well as assisting councilors and standing committees in carrying out their duties. The details of power and duties of the Secretariat can be found in the Constitution Article 13.8.

The two Council Secretaries are openly recruited from Full Members of the Union. Please contact the Chief Secretary for details regarding the recruitment of Council Secretaries.
