The Council Secretariat

The Council Secretariat was established to assist the administration of the Council. Led by the Council Chief Secretary, the Secretariat assumes the responsibility of preparing minutes for meetings, providing Council-related information to members and councilors, as well as assisting councilors and standing committees in carrying out their duties. The details of power and duties of the Secretariat can be found in the Constitution Article 13.8.
評議會秘書處的職責為協助處理評議會行政事務、向會員及評議員提供議會相關資訊及支援評議員和各常設委員會履行其職務。秘書處編制共有兩位評議會秘書,並在秘書長的帶領下為評議會提供行政支援服務。有關秘書處的詳細職權,可參閱憲章第13.8條。
