The Constitution

The Constitution is the cornerstone of the Students’ Union, defining the Union’s overall structure and operations. It outlines the power and duties delegated to all sub-organisations of the Union and delineates the rights that members and sub-organisations are entitled to. It laid the basis for the establishment of all sub-legislations of the Union.

The Constitution was first adopted in 1992, with the latest amendment approved in the 24th Annual General Meeting.
